What the labels mean
- Indica and sativa are the two traditional plant types, named for how the plants look and grow.
- Hybrid means a cross of the two. After decades of cross-breeding, most strains today are hybrids to some degree.
These labels are a handy way to sort a menu, but they aren’t a promise of how a product will feel. Experiences vary from person to person and product to product. To compare two products, look at total THC and the terpene profile on the label.
