Job Purpose: The General Manager oversees, upholds, and determines the customer service and sales culture in the retail store. The General Manager is accountable for all aspects of the business; including compliance, managing sales performance and identifying sales opportunities; develops overall store strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational performance goals; and ensures maximum sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives. The manager is the leader of the dispensary and is responsible for all aspects of team management, and support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must adhere to all company standards of conduct
• Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures
• Responsible for all cash handling procedures
• Training and development of top talent, and provide constructive feedback to help employees meet expectations and goals
• Lead, motivate, inspire, and coach employees to create a customer-centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive customer experience
• Build and increase customer retention, foster strong relationships, and develop brand awareness and loyalty
• Deliver exceptional customer service by observing, listening, interacting, and following-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue/complaint resolution
• Maintain excellence in all areas of compliance, and responsible for upholding all state and local regulations. Responsible for interacting with state and local officials, and providing records of compliance and inventory as requested
• Ensures the implementation and effective application of information, tools, and systems required to meet customer needs
• Recruit, hire, and train all store employees in compliance with all Human Resources policies and procedures
• Merchandising, operations, marketing, and execution of store and company standards
• Responsible for performance tracking and management of all employees in partnership with Human Resources
• Participate in networking and create positive relationships within the community
• Act as a Change Champion, initiating and supporting positive change and development
• Inventory Management
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the following: inventory reporting, employee reporting, customer reporting, and packaging
• Responsible and accountable for store P&L and controllable expenses
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and customers, which include the sales floor, back room, manager offices, and restrooms

Reports to the Dispensary General Manager
Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in the success and compliance of the dispensary operation. The Assistant Manager supports in leading the operation, and is responsible for supporting the GM in all managerial duties and responsibilities. The Assistant Manager upholds the company values, and culture of the brand making the customer a priority of every interaction. This position supports in supervising the daily operations of the dispensary, including but not limited to: Compliance, inventory management, fulfillment, customer service, and sales. In addition, this position is responsible for opening and closing duties, and supporting personnel management.Supervisory Duties:
• Supervise all store operations and procedures during hours of operation if the Store Manager is not present
• Ensure scheduling needs are satisfied; adjust and accommodate scheduling changes when Team Members need shifts covered when Manager is not present
• Oversee Opening/Closing Procedures on a daily basis

Budtender
Job Purpose:
A budtender at Green Leaf Wellness Solutions is a critical part of the business and reports to the General Manager. This position requires a highly-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to support the daily operations of company’s dispensary, including, sales, cash handling processes, inventory, customer service, regulatory compliance, customer communication, customer education, and customer information management, and all other necessary requirements to remain in compliance with New Jersey cannabis regulation laws.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in customers, while adhering to all state and local compliance policies
• Actively listen to customers and assist in determining the best product for their needs, and ensure they have a positive and exceptional experience
• Educate customers on cannabis products, and confidently speak on topics regarding safe use, proper dosing, compliant storage and use
• Actively learn about the entire suite of marijuana products and how they benefit our customers
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and meet the needs of the business and our customers
• Maintain cleanliness of work space by performing tasks such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting and organizing displays
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct transactions with total accuracy in regards to cash handling and compliance
