- No Third-Party Pickup
- We do not accept third-party pickups, including Uber, courier services, or any delivery drivers. Orders must be picked up by the individual who placed the order.
- Payment Authorization
- By using Dutchie Pay, you authorize the store to process the payment for the total order amount at the time of pickup.
- Right to Refuse Service
- The store reserves the right to refuse any transaction that does not comply with these terms or applicable state regulations.
